Part coatings

This technology consists of an electrolytic or chemical process which deposits a fine layer of metal (often precious) onto industrial parts. This process can be applied totally or selectively to improve the properties of the base metal and to optimise the operation of the treated parts.

Coating on industrial parts

Our coatings can be applied to all metallic substrates:

Medium and high phosphorus chemical nickel, PTFE chemical nickel, electrolytic nickel, pure and alloyed gold, silver, rhodium, palladium, platinum, tin and 60/40 and 90/10 tin lead, along with the TecCoat 400 and 600 family for connectors.

  • 200 saline mist maneuvers : 24h
  • 500 saline mist maneuvers : 24h
  • TecCoat 612 coating for connectors compliant with the 4-gas standard
  • TecCoat 622 coating for connectors, saline mist resistance > 240 h, very good crimping
  • TecCoat 632 coating for connectors: compromise between saline mist resistance, 2 gasses, while remaining crimpable
